What you know or do not know about organic food may actually surprise you.  The animals used for organic foods are not fed growth hormones or antibiotics like the ones typically are for non-organic foods.
 Organic foods are become more readily available in areas than ever before, you can now find them in most grocery stores and in fresh markets.
 The USDA Organic Seal should be found on all organic food that you buy, this ensures that the food you are buying has passed the rigorous tests set in place by the Department of Agriculture to ensure the organic foods you are getting are quality.
 Organic foods is much easier for the body to digest and process. It is not full of additives and fillers like most processed food, and the body can move it through the digestive system much easier. It also retains a lot more of its vital nutrients and vitamins than processed food does.

If you are looking to try organic foods, you will be pleasantly surprised at the flavor, nutrition and delicious varieties that there are to choose from.
