- 2 Tandoori Chickens
- 800 grams of tomatoes
- 15 grams of ginger paste
- 40 grams of garlic
- 5 cardamoms
- 3 cloves
- 1 ½ pieces of cinnamon
- 4 green chilies
- 25 grams of melon seed paste
- 2 grams of kashmiri mirch
- 150 grams of yogurt
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions for cooking:
- Wash the chicken properly then carefully cut the chicken apart, separating the meat from the bones.
- Wash the tomatoes and chop them up to desired size.
- Cut the green chilies into lengthwise into strips.
