Vegetables

Green vegetables like spinach, carrot, etc., are very important for patients suffering from prostrate disorder . Patient should take freshly prepared juices, milk, sprouts, etc.

Pumpkin:

Pumpkin is one of the best vegetable for prostrate disorder patients. This vegetable can be taken in any form. Pumpkin juice, or finely ground pumpkin seeds mixed in water, or chapatti prepared from grated or boiled pumpkin mixed in wheat flour (atta), also these forms are safe and easy. Carrot:

Garlic:
