I got married last year november, a few months after my marriage that is in february, I miscarried. I was under a lot of stress, due to certain family problems at that point of time. But, my mother in law feels that the cause of miscarriage was dry- fruits- almonds, and cashewnut and a few pistas that I had eaten a day before. Can dry fruits precipitate a miscarriage

Yes ! intake of papaya is not good for health during pregnancy.and also please avoid Pine-Apple,horse gram, bamboo,Sugarcane .
Try to consume more foods like apple ,pomogranate, grapes, cucumber, carrot , beetroot, green leaf, raddish, orange, and water melon. intake of more liquid food is good during pregnancy, and also try to have atleast 1 glass of milk in morng and 1 in the night .before going to walk wear socks and sweater so you will never have dust allergic and also wear a scarf in the night time b\'cause bats are not supposed to fly on top of your head., never go to bed immidiately after your dinner.take a deep & fresh breath every morning.and please take all your iron, calcium, and folic acid tablets which has been given to you by your doctor .never skip your meal ,always keep smiling , never get into any stress .
PLEASE TRY TO GO FOR NORMAL DELIVERY AS CESEREAN SOUNDS EASY BUT HARDER THAN NORMAL ,Normal gives us pain only for few hours but ceserean harmsss us for the whole life .
