When it comes to any medication, consult your doctor before you take them. Many of us self-prescribe for common ailments, but this will not work when you are pregnant. If you are healthy, your doctor will also advice you to exercise. Regular exercise is good for you as well as your baby. Certain exercises help you prepare for the process of birth. It will also relieve you from stress that you may be feeling. Safe exercises include swimming and walking. But to be on the safer side, clear all your exercises with your doctor.
