Meat is also important as it supplies protein. But, you must control the quantity. If your teen is habituated to eat meat in a regular basis, then you should minimize the quantity. Otherwise, your teen can have meat occasionally twice or thrice in a week. That is not going to deficit the essential nutrients. If you can substitute that with vegetables for the no-meat days, then you will see amazing result. Your teen will not require starving for several days, to have a beautiful envious figure.

There is another process, which works as a miracle in controlling the excess fat and calories. It is to cut down on fast foods. Fast foods are ideal source of excess calorie and excess fat. If you can manage your teen to stay out of these foods, your teen will never accumulate additional fat. Even if she likes to eat fast foods, she should not eat more than once in a month. If you strictly follow this discipline for your teen, then you never have to face the problem of over-weight or under-weight.
