It has been found that the regular wine drinker has more alertness than that of occasional drinker. It also fights with bacteria that create cancer, gastritis and ulcers. It also protects us from food poisoning and boost up immunity system a regular wine drinker has high bone mass than the persons who are occasional drinker or nondrinker.
A recent survey has shown that French people consume much more saturated fat in their daily diet than that of people of United States. Still they have much lower rate of heart attack. Research shows that high consumption of wine by the French people protects them from heart attack. This research and survey has created a boom in wine consumption in United States. Drinking of wine reduces stress and strain and enhance the vitality thus keeping people happy and reducing mood swing. Regular wine drinking in measured way also gives us a clear and glowing skin.
