Oolong tea – A must have to lose weight

 

If none of those complicated weight reducing diets and food regimens work to lose weight, here’s something that will guarantee it. A power calorie and fat burner, the oolong tea, as you might have guessed, is another treasure from China.

There are several variations in Oolong tea which gives different amount of strength to it as a fat burner. This variation is based on the extent of oxidation that the leaves have undergone which ranges from 10% to 70%. This has been a long known fact, but there’s always been an endless debate as to whether oolong tea is as good or better than the green tea. After several research made in China, America and Japan, it was indeed concluded that green tea is perhaps a better and a faster fat burner than the oolong tea. But research has also revealed that regular consumption of oolong tea reduces fat up to 66% and decreases the triglycerides by a whopping 80% ! This indeed a satistfactory result to make oolong tea a must in your diet regime to cut those extra fat.

Oolong tea is also an excellent drink to reduce belly fat and cholesterol. A study made by Aichi Medical University and Nagoya City University in 12 women showed a significant drop in bad cholesterol and reduction in the size of their waist and arms.

There’s more to Oolong tea than this. It also reduces tumors, mutations (though this is not likely to happen to anyone), fights influenza virus and several carcinogenic bacteria.

So go ahead and make sure you drink a couple of cups of them everyday to make your weight loss diet a little more effective.
