When body heat increases and a person are feeling restless eating a ripe Sitaphal will make him/her feel comfortable. Due to excess exposure to heat when the skin starts to burn or you feel very thirsty and the throat starts to dry up, the person should have one ripe Sitaphal in the afternoon.
