The seeds of grapes have a substance called Phluvonide. This is an anti-oxidant. It helps to keep a check on the generation of free oxygen radicals. Free oxygen radicals are the main reason for heart diseases. Free oxygen radicals prevent a smooth blood flow to the heart and create an obstruction. This in turn initiates a heart attack.
