Gout and its Cure
In this competitive world today, there is too much running around. Office tight schedules, sitting in one position for hours at work place, working on the computer, improper eating habits, fast food and junk food. Such are the reasons for a lot of illness to start in the body like back ache, neck pain, arthritis etc. Gout is one such disease which starts because of this lifestyle we lead.
Gout starts in the nerves of hands or legs. If in the legs then the thumb starts to pain or swell and then the pain increases and goes on to the other fingers. If gout is in the hands then the fingers of the hand pain first. Initially the pain is not felt in the elbows or knees.
The reasons for gout to start are things we do unknowingly, like traveling too much by a two wheeler, driving regularly on bad roads, too much of exercise, too much of walking, eating only dry food and no liquids. Gout happens due to impurity in blood. Blood gets impure due to eating too much of spicy food and regularly, eating a lot of chillies, eating too much of radish and fenugreek leaves, staying up late at nights. This impure blood flows throughout the body and then starts gout in places of our body which are weak.
To cure gout, the most important advice would be not to take medicines on your own. A doctors consultation is required he would be the right person to diagnose and then give a remedy for gout. The impure blood as well as the body parts which are affected have to be treated and separate medicines are given for them.
Oil massages with the advice of the doctors can be done. If there is swelling then which oil should be used and the procedure for massaging it on the affected area will be advised by the doctor. The patient should not use any oil or medicine without doctor’s guidance. Along with medicines and oil massages a proper diet should be followed by the patient.
