Clary sage Oil and its Uses
Clary sage oil is oil used to relax a stressed out body. It is one of the components used to make alcohol and Eu de cologne. It is used in a lot of perfumes as well. When a person is tired and has no energy, this oil can be used to bring freshness and relaxation.
It is also known for it properties which bring pleasure in the sexual life of a couple. It helps cure sex related issues like, disinterest in making love, physically unfit etc. It a tonic recommended by doctors to cure illnesses of the uterus and sexual organs both in male and female.
This oil is used in various methods. It is used in massages with a number of other oils like coconut oil. Another method is it is used in the water while bathing. When sponging is done with a warm and wet towel some drops of this oil can be put on the towel. Some of the uses of this oil are as follows
It is used to release the stress caused due to the menstrual cycle in women. 4 drops should be put in the warm water while bathing.
It used for relieving the pain that a woman experiences when her menstrual cycle is going on. 1ml Clarysage oil should be mixed with 50 ml of coconut oil and massage lightly on the abdomen and thighs. A woman who knows she is going to experience pain can mix Clarysage oil in sweet water and drink is 2-3 times a day before her monthly menstrual cycle starts.
It reduces the pain experienced during pregnancy and delivery of a child. There is too much of mental and physical stress on the woman who is going to deliver a child. 20 drops of Clarysage oil in 50 ml of coconut oil should be mixed well and massaged on the palms and feet of a pregnant woman. A few drops of this mixture should be put on a warm towel and compressed lightly on the abdomen and lower back to relax the stretched out muscles of a pregnant woman. It could also be massaged on the lower back to give more relief.
Pre and post pregnancy blues, depression, tension could be released using this oil.
