This is the third movie by writer-director Noah Bushel starring Frank Wood, Linda Emond, Amy Ryan, Margaret Colin, Yul Vazquez, John Ventimiglia and Michael Shannon. The movie has been produced by Alex Estes, Allen Bain, Lois Drabkin, and Jesse Scolaro.

The movie unfolds the mystery about Harold Fullmer who is one out of thousands of people missing after 9/11 terrorist attacks on the WTC. Rosow is offered a large amount of money if he successfully brings Harold back home to his wife. It is also told to him that it is against Harold wish to come back to home. Rosow is in a fix that whether revealing the real identity of a person who according to records does not exist is the right decision or not.
