Studies show that more than 80% of the new generation employees consider the role of their career in shaping the world for the future, leaving behind a positive impact globally. In the new era of socialization, employees demand an environment where even bosses are readily accessible.

The new generation views on employment and work environment has resulted in high-quality and healthy colleagues in many organizations.
