Walk in Heels
You just love to wear your high heels, but have trepidation that in case you stumble what would happen? Of course, a constant stumbling can undoubtedly steal the sex appeal away from stunning pair of high heel sandals. However, if you keep in a mind few tips while wearing your high heels; you’d probably walk with confidence and poise next time whenever you put on your high heels. High heels are just not fashionable footwear, but also accentuate your posture and you definitely tend to look taller wearing those high heels.
Practice:
If you’ve never worn high heels before then it could be little tricky for you; ensure that you start with small heels. Practice standing in front of a mirror. It’s highly recommended that your initial practicing should be on hard surface; you can consider walking on the carpet as well. As you walk try to keep your steps together as close as possible and try to take small steps. Always ensure that you keep your legs straight.
Walk with heels first and then sole. If you want some extra balance, then swing your arms gently with your each stride. Keep walking until you get used to it. Try to change directions as well so that you’ll get a hang of it. Practice walking on the even surface initially. Practice at stairs as well. When you are climbing the stairs try to hold the rallying to prevent yourself from falling off. When you go down the stairs, try to keep both sole and heel at even surface.
Precautions:
While wearing high heels, avoid walking on surface like ice, sand, slush, mud, granite, marble and grass; otherwise you might end up stumbling. It is always advisable to use a car and minimize your walking while wearing high heels, your feet might pain later, if you walk too much putting high heels on. Avoid spiky heels if you are not used to wearing high heels. Instead, go for thick heels that would not be very uncomfortable to wear. If your sandal has a strap, then tighten it securely. Start with a rounded toe than a pointed one for more comfort.
