Reduce dark circles under your eyes with perfect diet
Dark circles can really be annoying and it completely ruins your appearance as well. Though the prime cause of dark circles are known to be stress, lack of sleep, allergies, over exposure to sunlight, nasal congestion, pregnancy or genetic factor.

Eat food that contain Vitamin C:
If you are really worried about your dark circles and want to them to get vanished as early as possible, then consume citrus fruits like oranges, berries, kiwis, guavas, lemon, tomato, grapefruit, and watermelon. You must also eat loads of leafy vegetable to get rid of under eye bags.
Consume diet rich in Vitamin E:
Deficiency of Vitamin E in the body also causes dark circle. Ensure that you diet is rich in vitamin E. Foods like spinach, seeds, apple, carrot, seafood, avocado, nuts, corn oil, soybean oil, raw mango, Pistachio, broccoli, Dandelion, Peanuts and mayonnaise.

Take Iron-rich diet:
Iron deficiency also causes dark circles around your eyes. Ensure that you take iron-rich diet: chicken, grains, cereals, green beans, spinach, Chard, turmeric, thyme, shitake, mushrooms, seeds, green beans, cereals, grains, meat, beef, liver, and fish.
Eat food items that are rich in Vitamin K:
Vitamin K, which is also known as the coagulation, or blood clotting vitamin and its deficiency also lead to under eye bag growth.
