Legs are the hardest working parts of the body and should be taken care. Only a pedicure or a massage does not make the right care for legs after a tiring work schedule for a week. Pedicures and massage gives the refreshment and make them ready for action. However, there are some procedures to have the problem of aching legs solved…
Add 2 to 3 drops on essential oil of lavender or rose or sea salts for a refreshing effect in a bowl of hot water. Keep your feet in this water for 10 minutes.
Dry them with a soft towel, rub with an exfoliating body scrub giving particular attention to the rough skin in the ankle balls, and heal. Wash off the scrub and dry the feet thoroughly.
Place your thumb on the sole and your fingers on the top and support your foot. Massage a refreshing foot lotion or a moisturizer on your foot starting at the base of each toe and graduating down to the foot with small circular motion.
Gently roll your fingers between the fingers and massage each of them slowly. This heeling massage will stimulate the pressure points and reduce the pain in your heals
Repeat the same procedure for the other foot.
Lie down keeping your feet above the head level by a pillow or cushion or even supporting them against the wall. This will help in relieving the stress of the legs and feet and thus help in reducing the aching in the veins. .
