Vitamin B1 can be easily obtained from whole-grain products and vitamin B2 can be easily found in cereals, nuts, milk and kidney. One can easily find Vitamin C in citrus fruits and vitamin D in fortified milk, cheese and fishes such as salmon and sardines.

Hair Care for Fast Hair Growth

Hot oil massage has proven results on increasing the scalp’s blood circulation and thereby helping hair to grow quicker. Applying castor oil or coconut oil and letting it get absorbed before washing the hair can also benefit the quality of care. One should definitely get their hair trimmed at least once in six weeks. Brushing hair twice a day also helps improve scalps blood circulation.
