Fashion Tips for the Teenagers

teenfashionTeenagers are the most fashion conscious; at least they try to be. But they often ignore things such as wearability, materials to wear and the accessories that go with the apparels.

This ignorance is no crime as long as they look good in these. And that is the first word of advice. If you are in your teens, do not flow with the tide, though most of you tend to do so, but wear what you look well in. Try to be yourself and not imitate others. This will not only give you an identity but also help to build your personality.

The teenagers seem to be casual in everything including the details of what they wear. Do not overlook it. The details will help you to get noticed. Remember that what you ignore as tiny can actually make or break your looks.

Be careful when wearing the rings, earrings, necklaces, wristlets, clips, hair bands, bangles, shoes and of course the nail polishes and lipsticks. Then comes the fabric. Any fabric might attract the teenagers but never go for full artificial ones. Take care to see that it has some natural fiber blending. This is not only trendy but also good for the skin.

The teenagers are great receptors of ideas and trends. So they are the perfect people who can experiment with styles. It says failures are the pillars of success. So do not get demoralized if your friend says that you look terrible. Wait for the general appreciation.

Your friends may not be the right persons to judge you or they can be biased. If you find that there is a general appreciation of your dressing sense then you have passed the test. If not, there is always a scope for improvement and learning from the mistakes. This holds true for life also.

Costly objects are not always fashionable. This can be taken as a thumb rule for shopping. You must learn to look best in whatever you can afford. Never go overboard and try to live up with the world.

You can get a so called fashionable garment for a high price, but will you wear it again and again? You will not remain fashionable anymore. It is better to have an affordable wardrobe and mix and match to remain trendy day after day. Fashion is not fashion alone, get lessons in life from it.
