Exercise and beauty – not piffling

Anyone in this world would appreciate how a fit and trim body can make a person looking more attractive and sexier. As anyone gets older, the skin tends to become dull and lusterless and therefore, vernal look and healthy skin can certainly achieved by performing regular exercises and supplying good nutrition to the body.

When a person is young, the healthy looking body appears natural and does not take much or any effort for maintaining but as works and other pressures step-up onto the routine life, a person often becomes more sedentary and the muscle tone starts giving answer along with the skin that starts folding or showing creases.

It is the tone of the muscles and that offers anyone a good body shape and skin appearance. Obviously, this can be masked by too much layers of fats and other harming materials onto the skin and hence, here, diet is equally important. A healthy and well balanced diet gives all the nutrition that the body requires.

The link between exercises and skin

Any exercise programs help us how to utilize the calories we take in so that the body does not build large fatty reserves and help keeping muscles well toned. These healthy muscles, in turn, keep the skin healthy. Enough exercise can help restoring the body energy and also help keeping the body fit and fine.

Almost everyone would opine that exercises are good for the muscle tones and lots of people are prepared to put exercising programs in place. Anyone doing regular exercises enjoys seeing good muscle tones in the arms and legs, chest, abdomen, back, but then, proper massaging with those useful exercises will add a sugar to the cake and hence, exercises can make skin healthier.

Exercises are known to keep body in harmony. They restore the hormonal levels and make organs to produce good quality enzymes. The digestion remains powerful and hence, assimilation and absorption of the nutrients keeps in its place offering great nourishment to the bodily organs including skin.

Sample exercise to enhance the beauty of the face

All the movements anyone gets from the face; the expressions, opening and closing of the eyes and mouth includes the action of muscles that can be very well toned performing some exercises. As a person gets older, these muscles become weakened and then finally droop or sag ruining up the beauty of the face.

Exercising the facial muscles for just some times a day can make a great difference and make one feeling and look vernal. Here is one sample exercise that one can follow to get beauty through exercise.

# 1: Open the mouth wide as if one is about to yawn, spread wide the eyes while staring ahead and then get back to original position. Do this for five times and repeat it five times with moving the head from left to the right.

# 2: Pressing the forehead (near the hairlines) with the fingers and rubbing it with backward motion is very beneficial for facial muscles. Lines on the forehead can certainly disappear by this exercise.

# 3: Opening the mouth wide and slide backing the head. Now, open and close the mouth with moving the jaw as if chewing – this exercise of the mouth gets a good workout for the mouth and jaw-lines and keeps them healthy and nice in shape.

# 4: Sit in front of the mirror and then twist the lips inwards. Puff the mouth with air inside it as if you are blowing a balloon. Now, let there be laughing on ½ side of the face once, and next onto the other half – doing this ten times smoothes the skin of the cheeks.

# 5: Keeping the face straight in front of the mirror and pressing the teeth and spread the lips with counting ten and come back to normal pose; repeat this ten times can redefine the lips and surrounding structures.

# 6: Twisting the lips, puffing up cheeks with air in them and then keeping three fingers on each side by pressing slowly without letting the air escaping out is one of the most trusted exercise for the face. It improves the skin of the cheeks, chins and also around the eyes.
